Payment of fees
Course fees are due in full prior to the course commencement unless you have contacted us and made arrangements to pay by installment.
Confirmation of Bookings
A short email acknowledgement and an invoice will be issued on submitting an online booking form. Please note that this booking is provisional until confirmed by Consensus Mediation.
It may on occasion be necessary to alter the timing, date or location of a course. In the unlikely event of cancellation or alteration of the timing, date or location in such a way that precludes attendance, a full refund will be offered but any further liability is disclaimed.
Delegates should NOT book accommodation/travel until they receive formal course confirmation details from us. Consensus Mediation will not be responsible for costs incurred if the course has not been fully confirmed in writing.
50% of course fees payable for any cancellation received on or after Friday August 21st, 2020
100% of course fees payable for any cancellations received on or after 1st September 2020
Companies and individuals may substitute participants at any time prior to the start of the course without additional payment.
By registering for this course you consent to receiving emails from Consensus Mediation in relation to this Certified Mediation course. You also consent to receiving occasional information from Consensus Mediation on courses or services that we feel may be of interest.
We will not pass on your details to a third party without your express consent but we may on occasion send further details of products or services that we feel may be of interest. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
